Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned according to our return policy.

Our return policy allows: • 30-day returns for unopened products in original packaging • 7-day returns for opened products causing allergic reactions • Defective products may be returned at any time for full refund or exchange Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned products.
